How do I pick up my signs?

Participating in the Mount Prospect Garage Sale Weekend entitles you to 2 garage sale signs and tips & instructions.  Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate of Mount Prospect, as well as numerous community-minded Mount Prospect businesses provide sponsorship dollars so that the Garage Sale Weekend can remain free of charge.

Picking up your signs (permits are no longer required) – Beginning April 1, 2024, the bright orange signs will be available for pick-up. The signs will be available through the weekend of the sale. See map below.

When? April 1 through May 19, 2024
Sign pick-up hours
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am -2:00 pm

Berkshire Hathaway Starck Real Estate, 300 W. Golf Road, Mount Prospect 847-255-3900 (see map below)

Why?
Because it’s great fun, and you will get far more shoppers than you would with an individual garage sale!
