• Mapping: The Participant consents to having an anonymous pushpin at their address displayed on the online map (MPGarageSale.com) and the printed map, available the weekend of the sale at 5 locations throughout Mount Prospect. • Mapping – Weekend of the event only: The Participant consents to having their address displayed on the event map (MPGarageSale.com) and an alphabetical list available for download on the website only starting the Thursday prior to the Event through the end of the event (4 days). At all other times, no individual property addresses are visible online.

NO individual property addresses appear on the printed maps unless a group sale has made arrangement with the organizer.
• Information Accuracy: The Participant is responsible for providing accurate registration data. The Organizers are not liable for errors or omissions in the digital map or published lists.
5. Weather
Due to the complexity of preparing and printing the participant map, there is NO RAIN DATE for the garage sale weekend. Please make the most of the weather we have.
6. Right to Refuse
